Bush wins.
No matter if your person won or lost yesterday, if you voted -- I applaud you. Kerry announced that at 1PM EST he will conceed the election to Bush, who won the popular vote by 51% -- the first president to hit above 50% since his father did it back in 1988. Also reports state that about 60% of registered voters turned out yesterday to cast their ballot. This was the largest voter turnout (percentage wise) since the 1960's. With more than 58 million of the popular vote, Bush's win also marks the largest popular vote number ever in American history. Now maybe we can all attempt to resume our normal Novembers of football, football, and football. This entry was posted on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at 12:07pm.
