Biggest Dis of the Year
*Hopesfall:* _A Types_ (Trustkill Records)
_Rating: 2.1276_
*Biggest Disappointment of the Year?* Yea, that's an accurate statement. While progress is inevitable, and preferred, for most groups, Hopesfall has decided to buck the norm and take a few steps back in their evolution. Can anyone say radio-friendly rock? True, the third track 'Icarus' shows promise but Jay sings almost entirely throughout the disc. And the music isn't challenging at all! Whatever happened to having some of the best breakdowns in the hardcore scene? It's official: "Hopesfall":http://www.hopesfall.com died on the date of _A Types_' release (Nov. 2). Leading up to this fateful day the band experienced many member fluctuations, most notably, "Ryan Parrish":http://www.iamcelebrity.com, a founding member involved with the group up to their last release _Satellite Years_ but was forced out after its' release. Please pray for the legion of Hopesfall fans who expect more from their Hopesfall. Pray that they will be able to cope with Hopesfall's sudden mediocrity.
Haven't heard about this disc? No suprise - Trustkill must think it sucks too cause they haven't promoted the album for a moment.

Okay. So only one person has cared enough to leave their two cents. How depressing! Especially considering all the trouble I went through posting this in the first place. Well you can leave a comment if you want. It might cheer me up.
I like your score there man. Hehe…
And I’ll try to avoid the album at all costs.
